  • How do I check availability?

    Fill in the form on our booking page and we will get back to you straight away with the availability.

  • How many people can you accomodate?

    Our apartments can comfortably sleep up to 24 people. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment by Paypal or by BACS. 


    A non returnable damages deposit of £300 secures your stay, which is returned on completion of your stay.


    Full payment is required one months prior to your stay.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

  • What security do you provide?

    We have on site security between 7pm and 7am and CCTV in communal area and keypad entry

  • Do you provide food options?

    We do not supply food options but there are many shops within walking distance.

  • What are check-in check-out times?

    Check-in is 3pm

    Check-out by 11am

  • Am I able to leave my luggage before/after my stay?

    This can potentially be arranged in advance. Please ask for more information.

  • Is there parking available?

    There are plenty of parking opportunities available around Lime Street. From multi-storey NCP car parks to smaller private parking sites, you should have no problem finding a vacant spot for your car within walking distance of the accomodation. The parking website Parkepedia will show you the latest availability and prices, updated in real-time.

  • Travelling by train

    Liverpool is well-served by train links. The national City Line brings travellers from all over the country into Merseyside, terminating at Liverpool Lime Street. 


    From Liverpool Lime Street, you are literally 2 minutes walk away!

  • Travelling by plane

    Flights to the North West tend to land at Manchester (MAN) or Liverpool John Lennon (LPL) airport. From Manchester Airport, it’s a distance of approximately 75 km, or 46 miles to the apartments. From Liverpool John Lennon Airport, it’s 17 km or 10.56 miles. If you’re hopping into a taxi for the rest of your journey, they should have no trouble finding us.

  • How do we gain entry to the apartments

    Prior to your arrival you will be supplied with keypad entry codes for the main entrance and your apartment. You will also receive the Wifi code.

  • What if we need any assistance

    Please contact our on site security for anything urgent or contact us via email or instagram.
